• Try searching DEJANEWS or GOOGLE. Dejanews is free public newsgroup search website. Dejanews archives all public news posts and replies back about two years. Chances are, you are not the first person with the problem you are having-so see what others have done to fix it in the past! This site is very helpful for finding the cause of various system error messages (search for the exact error message text here).
  Subscribe to numerous, free, public microsoft.public.xxxxx newsgroups at news server msnews.microsoft.com or check the list of newsgroups provided by your ISP for these newsgroups. Other useful newsgroups are: alt.windows95; alt.windows98.
